I like my sleep
So does Bruiser. When I awoke at 513am on my own (worried I would miss the alarm clock, lol) and rolled out of bed, Bruiser looked at my like I had lost my marbles. I quickly washed my face, got dressed and then threw him into his crate (after I had to chase him down, lol) and promised I’d see him in a little over an hour. Needless to say he was not a happy dog.
First and last day of bootcamp is always their fit tests. I have copied my results from the end of session two that ended in November as for some reason I didn’t go to the first/last of session 3 which ended mid-Dec. My current results are in red. You can see my improvements easily from Sep to Nov, and see how fast I lost my great results.

My weight this morning was 167lbs (also TOM week so could see a big loss next week), and I am a definite size 12 :( I am glad I rejoined bootcamp, as I need to get back down to my happy 10’s and the 150’s.
There were only 5 of us this morning and one lady is only doing 3x a week so 4 regulars. We should get some great individual attention I think. Our instructor is a powerhouse and besides personal training also trains for boxing and some form of karate. We all told him our goals (mine to lose 10lbs or get into my size 10’s) and he said he will work with us all to help us get there and told us to stay off the scales (LOL) and to use clothing as our guide.
I am counting calories and went back to fitday to do so. Currently this morning I have had an instant oatmeal and a apple crisp granola bar for 320 calories. I also brought my water bottle. I can do this. I can be on track for a month…100%. It is only 30 days, and if I can get back to the 150’s and my size 10’s…it would be so worth it.
